Talk to a person about your account.
Mid-application, mid-schedule, or just holding a question you'd rather not guess the answer to — write to us. Every message reaches a real member of our support team. We'd much rather answer something small today than something expensive next month.

Some things are faster to check than to ask.
If your question is one of these five, you might have your answer before you finish this page.
Where's my payment?
App → home screen → Payments. Payments can take up to three business days to post; while one is settling it shows as Processing. Still missing after three business days? Write to us with your reference number.
What's my reference number?
App → Account details. It's the eight-digit number in the lower right. Include it in any message and we'll find your account instantly instead of asking you three verification questions.
What's my next due date?
Pinned to your home screen under Payment progress, with the exact amount next to it.
Can I change my payment date or payment account?
Yes. App → Settings → Payment method to change the account. You can shift your due date up to 7 days later, once per payment cycle, at no cost. No call required.
What exactly did I sign?
App → Documents. Your full agreement is stored there as a downloadable PDF for the life of your account and for seven years after payoff.

The more specific you are, the faster this goes. If your question involves an existing account,
include your reference number — it cuts the back-and-forth roughly in half.
Thank you for reaching out to us!
We will do our best to respond as soon as possible.
Straight to the right desk
Every route below is the same address — the subject line is what does the routing. Use it and you skip a triage step.
support@tavroadvance.comGeneral support
Applications, payments, schedules, app behavior. Reply within one business day.
Payment difficulty
If you expect trouble with an upcoming payment, write before the due date. Reply within one business day. Early messages have more options in them than late ones, and that isn't a figure of speech — after a payment is returned, several paths close.
Privacy requests
Access, correction, or deletion of your personal information. We acknowledge within one business day and tell you exactly what we can act on, what we must retain, and for how long.
Security disclosure
Suspected vulnerabilities, phishing attempts using our name, or anything that looks like account compromise. Acknowledged within two business days. Please don't test against live customer accounts, and we won't come after anyone who reports in good faith.
Press and partnerships
Media inquiries, brand assets, partnership conversations.
Accessibility
Anything that blocks you from using the site or the app. Treated as a bug, not a suggestion.
Our side of the conversation
Instant confirmation.
An automatic email arrives with a copy of your message and a thread reference. Keep it — replying to that email keeps everything in one place.
A human reads it.
Your message is routed by topic to the team that can actually resolve it, not to a general queue that forwards it twice and loses context on the way.
A real reply within one business day.
If your question needs research, we'll say so, tell you who's handling it, and give you a date — rather than going quiet and hoping you forget.
We close the loop.
No thread is marked resolved until you've confirmed it is, or until we've told you plainly why we can't go further and what your next option is.
Escalation, spelled out
If a reply doesn't resolve your issue, respond in the same thread with the words escalate this. A supervisor reviews the full history and responds within three business days. No form to find, no separate address to hunt for, no requirement to explain why you're escalating.
If our answer still doesn't resolve things, you retain the right to file a complaint with your state financial regulator or with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau at consumerfinance.gov/complaint. We'd rather you tell us first and give us the chance to fix it — but we'll never pretend that option doesn't exist.
Trouble using this site or the app?
We build Tavro Advance to work with screen readers, full keyboard navigation, system-level text scaling, and high-contrast modes. When something blocks you, that's a defect on our side.
Email support@tavroadvance.com with Accessibility in the subject line and tell us what happened, what you were trying to do, and what device and assistive technology you were using. We acknowledge within one business day and give you a fix timeline rather than a thank-you-for-the-feedback note.
